1. Postage, Packing and Handling – General Info.
Where an order contains one or more Personalised Products, these products can not be shipped by Next Day or Special Delivery services as the personalisation can take from 2 to 7 days, depending on the product (please see actual product for specific details).
Orders with no personalised products will usually be packed and dispatched within 1 working day.
Shipping Rates are automatically calculated on the checkout page, depending on the order value. There are also a choice of extra delivery options available.
Please Note: Most parcels are unlikely to fit through your letter box! – So you may wish to give an alternative delivery address where you know that there will be someone to receive it – for example, at work, parents address, the venue etc.
