1. How do I contact Truly Madly Deeply Ltd?

2. How do you deliver?

We use Royal Mail for all of our deliveries.

3. How do I know my order has been received?

You will receive an email from Truly Madly Deeply with your order number on it. If you pay using Paypal you will receive an email from Paypal, this will also show your order number.

4. Can I monitor my order? Can I track it?

If you have created an account with us you can monitor and track your order by logging on to your account, you will be able to see the status of your order online.

If you have placed your order as a guest you can monitor and track your order by entering the order number in to the Track My Orders box, you will then be sent an email with the details of the status of your order.

5. I would like to send Truly Madly Deeply products as a gift. Can I send to a different delivery address?

You can send your order to any delivery address. When you have placed your order and gone to Checkout, you will find an option for you to enter a different delivery address.

If you would like to cancel an item or change an item on your order please contact us quoting your order number on 01227 713576

9. How do I place and pay for my goods?

You can place and pay for your order online by Paypal or by a credit or debit card.

You can place and pay for your order by phoning us on 01227 713576.

You can place and pay for your order by sending us a cheque in the post accompanied by the details of what you would like to order.

10. Can I apply for a trade account?

We do not have a formal trade account facility. However, if you would like to talk to about a trade account please phone Customer Services on 01227 713576.
